When you submit an enquiry, booking request or review form we collect the details you enter (such as your name, phone number, email address, travel dates and message). We do not require an account and we do not use advertising trackers on this website.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange tours or transport.
• To confirm bookings, dates and payments with you.
• To improve our services.

We do not sell your personal information. Form submissions are delivered to us by email through the FormSubmit service, which processes them on our behalf.

Third-party content

Pages may embed Google Maps and load fonts from Google Fonts. These services may receive technical information such as your IP address according to their own privacy policies.

Booking & refund terms

• Tour bookings are generally non-refundable once confirmed, as stated in each tour's rules.
• If we cancel a departure we will offer a full refund or an alternative date.
• Cancellation or date-change requests made before confirmation are free of charge.
